Overview
Back in ’93, they built it out of timber, grit, and a little bit of Ozark wild. Now, after decades of rattling tracks and raised hands, the ride that started it all is taking its final lap. Silver Dollar City’s first wooden coaster is tipping its hat and riding off into the sunset.

The Challenge
Camp Ape was brought in to help send it out the right way. We crafted a commemorative poster and a run of collectible stickers—built to feel like something you’d find tucked in an old park map or pinned up in a cabin after a long summer day. A year-long farewell campaign celebrating every climb, drop, and memory made along the rails.
The Solution
We built this one like a keepsake you’d hang onto long after the ride’s gone quiet. An 18x24” poster led the charge—designed to feel pulled straight from a dusty gift shop wall or an old park bulletin board. Bold, a little weathered, and full of character. The kind of piece that doesn’t just say “farewell,” it feels like it. From there, we stretched the story across a range of social formats—announcement drops, countdown moments, and final ride calls—each one carrying the same grit and nostalgia into the digital campfire. And to top it off, we packed it down into a set of commemorative stickers. Little badges of honor for those who rode it, loved it, and didn’t want to forget it.
